QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Our tasks in quality management include the implementation of quality management systems, the development of action plans from audits and the carrying out of internal audits according to the IFS, BRC and ISO standards.
Anna Pichler Consulting has specialized in the food sector since 2017. After several years of working with the food specialist Dr. Otto Unterholzner († March 4, 2018) the consulting work has been taken over by the company Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl .
We offer a wide range of services related to food: we interpret analysis results, prepare and revise HACCP studies, help with the introduction of quality management systems (ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, ISO 22000, etc.), advise on Italian food law and prepare reports.
We are a small company based in Terlano, South Tyrol. South Tyrol is the northernmost province of Italy and, thanks to its strategic location, forms an interface between important markets, languages and cultures in Europe: Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland are in the immediate vicinity. Italian and German culture and language meet in South Tyrol, making the small country a link between Northern and Southern Europe, between the Italian and German speaking areas.
