General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. General
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services provided by Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl, based in I-39018 Terlan, Niederthorstrasse 1, are subject to these general terms and conditions. This applies to orders placed in writing and by telephone.
2. Assignment
The volume of work and the processing time are defined in accordance with the client in writing. Standard products normally refer to the prices and processing times stated in the current fee list. Any changes to the order must be notified in writing. If additional services are subsequently required for an existing order, these will be invoiced accordingly following written agreement. In such cases, the delivery deadline may be postponed accordingly, depending on the scope of the additional services requested.
3. Obligations of the client
The client undertakes to provide the documents required for the execution of the services (samples, materials and test samples) free of charge, in good time and in complete form. The documents must be in a condition that enables the ordered services to be carried out without any problems. A subsequent change to the documents can lead to a new order. Any changes to the order to be processed must be communicated in a timely manner and in writing. Any costs for official approvals or approvals from third parties are borne by the client.
4. Delivery dates, completion deadlines
Our processing time is 7 working days, the processing time can be shortened on request. If processing is shortened, an express surcharge of 50% of the fee is due. Delivery dates and completion deadlines are estimates and are not binding for Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl. However, Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl undertakes to do its best to meet the estimated completion deadlines within the scope of what is economically reasonable.
5. Guarantee and liability
The services to be provided by Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl are carried out in accordance with the current state of the art, taking into account the applicable laws and requirements and with the usual standards of care in the industry. All services represent a snapshot in time. Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl is not obliged to subsequently inform the client in the event of a change in the law. The customer is obliged to inform Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl immediately if the services provided are obviously faulty. In the event of defects, Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl will decide at its own discretion whether to provide subsequent performance in the form of remedying the defect or providing the service again.
6. Prices and delivery conditions
The prices and delivery conditions according to the current fee list apply to all our services (see point 4).
7. Payment conditions
Our payment conditions are 30 days from the invoice date. Payments are made exclusively by bank transfer to the bank account specified on the invoice. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and statutory default interest.
8. Privacy
As part of the order fulfillment, Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl processes all personal data confidentially. This includes in particular the names and business contact details of the customer’s contact persons. This data is processed exclusively for the intended purpose and used for order fulfillment,
invoicing and the transmission of documents and information. The protection of personal data is guaranteed by Anna Pichler – Food Industry Consulting Stp Srl in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 169/2003 and regulation (EU) GDPR 679/2016.
